Shift rules
Pro shift templates define how attendance should be interpreted. The system can use shift start/end, grace windows, break limits, overtime thresholds, and auto clock-out windows to flag records for review.
Supported rule areas
- Late clock-in grace minutes.
- Early clock-in grace minutes.
- Early clock-out grace minutes.
- Late clock-out grace minutes.
- Overtime after a configured number of minutes.
- Allow or restrict overtime.
- Require explanations for exceptions.
- Auto-detect missing clock-out using the shift rule.
- Maximum break minutes.
Flags in payroll
Flags are stored on attendance entries and exported in the Pro payroll CSV. Review flags before approving records for payroll.
