What GPS Tracking Route does
Pro v2.3.31 includes a GPS Tracking Route admin page, frontend shortcode, and CSV export for continuous GPS and event route records.
When GPS pings are stored
The mobile app accepts GPS pings only when continuous GPS tracking is enabled for the employee and the employee is currently clocked in. Stored ping fields include employee, entry, latitude, longitude, accuracy, speed, heading, battery level, source, recorded time, and created time.
Frontend shortcode

The GPS CSV export includes Employee Name, Employee Email, Employee ID, Date/Time, Type, Latitude, Longitude, Accuracy, Address, and Map Link.
Privacy note
Continuous GPS tracking is a high-sensitivity feature. Enable it only for employees and job functions where your policy requires route evidence, and provide appropriate employee notices based on your local laws and company policies.
