Pro Inbox overview
Pro adds a table-backed Inbox system with admin panel, frontend shortcode, mobile API support, replies, read/unread tracking, and conversation status.
Who can use it
- Admins and HR users can create messages.
- Managers can access the Inbox when they have team management permission.
- Employees can receive and reply from the mobile app when Pro mobile access is enabled.
- Messages can be general, department-based, or specific to selected recipients.
