Pro Settings

Configure default timezone, geofence enforcement, maps, missing clock-out detection, auto reload, and email notifications.

General Pro settings

  • Default Timezone: fallback timezone for users without a configured location timezone.
  • Geofence: enforce GPS radius for assigned locations.
  • Google Maps API Key: address autocomplete, map preview, coordinate lookup, and timezone lookup.
  • Missing Clock-Out: auto-detect long open shifts using each shift template rule.
  • Frontend Table Auto Reload: reload manager/admin frontend attendance tables every configured number of seconds, with a minimum of 10 seconds.
  • Email Notifications: enable notifications and define extra notification emails.

Recommended order

  1. Configure default timezone.
  2. Add Google Maps key if maps/address/timezone lookup is needed.
  3. Create locations and shift templates.
  4. Test employee clocking.
  5. Enable geofence only after testing GPS accuracy.
  6. Enable missing clock-out detection and table auto reload based on your workflow.
