Pro Employees and Access Flags
Manage employees, departments, locations, shifts, web/mobile access, face rules, and continuous GPS permissions.
Employee management
The Pro Employees screen manages WPChef Tracker users and their assignment rules. Each employee can be assigned to a department, location, and shift template.
Employee controls
- Disable employee completely.
- Disable web login/use.
- Disable mobile app access.
- Make face recognition mandatory for the employee.
- Enable continuous GPS tracking for the employee.
- Capture face snapshot on Clock In.
- Capture face snapshot on Clock Out.
- View face enrollment snapshot when available.
- Reset password or update employee profile details.
Recommended policy
Use the complete disable option for inactive employees. Use web/mobile disable flags when the employee is still active but should only use one access method. Enable face and continuous GPS only for roles where that evidence is required by your internal policy.
