Configure Agency ID, license, logo, mobile app access, GPS interval, and selfie defaults.
Mobile App screen
The Pro Mobile App screen manages mobile app connection and agency-level mobile settings.
Core settings
- Enable or disable the mobile app for the agency.
- Generate or sync Agency ID.
- Set agency name and purchase/license email.
- Upload agency logo for the Pro mobile app header after approval.
- Set background GPS interval, minimum 60 seconds.
- Set default face snapshot capture for Clock In and Clock Out.
Employee login requirements
Employees need an active WordPress account, Pro mobile access enabled, a valid agency connection/license state, and the correct Agency ID. If mobile access is disabled globally or for the specific employee, the mobile API blocks access.
Plan behavior
Pro mobile user limit is unlimited in the current Pro plugin flow, while Free Mobile Lite follows the limit assigned by the WPChef Agency Connector.
