Does the Free plugin require Gravity Forms?
No. The Free plugin is standalone and does not require Gravity Forms, GravityView, WooCommerce, or another form plugin.
Which shortcode should I use for employees?
Use [wpchef_tracker].
Can managers use the Free plugin?
Managers can be created as WordPress users in Free, but the advanced frontend manager/admin pages are Pro features.
Does Free include face recognition?
No. Face recognition, liveness verification, and clock-in/clock-out selfie evidence are Pro features.
Does Free include GPS route tracking?
No. Free captures browser GPS evidence at specific events when enabled. Continuous GPS route tracking is Pro only.
Is a Google Maps key required?
No. Basic attendance works without Google Maps. Use a Maps key only for address autocomplete, readable address conversion, map preview, coordinate lookup, or timezone lookup.
Can I edit these docs later?
Yes. Go to Dashboard > WPChef Docs, open any section, and update it like a WordPress page.
